These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dk9 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using dk9.

Bonuses and Promotions

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dk9 ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the dk9 website and its associated subdomains. These Terms apply to all products offered by dk9, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, and promotional programmes.
dk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the dk9 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the dk9 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail only with respect to the specific promotion in question.
1.1 Governing Language
These Terms are drafted and published in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall be the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
1.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and dk9 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
2 Age Restriction and Eligibility
The dk9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the age of 18 to gamble. dk9 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or wager on the Platform.
By registering an account on dk9, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are registering the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dk9 or any of its affiliated software or service providers;
- You have not previously been excluded from the dk9 Platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
2.1 Age Verification
dk9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where a Player's age cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction, dk9 may suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and reverse any bonus funds credited during the unverified period. If a Player is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any net deposits may be refunded at dk9's sole discretion.
3 Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dk9 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, dk9 may close all such accounts, forfeit any associated bonuses, and, in cases of deliberate abuse, permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
When registering an account, the Player must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:
- Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
- A valid email address that the Player actively monitors;
- A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
- Date of birth;
- A secure, unique password.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. dk9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their login credentials. Players must notify dk9 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In order to process withdrawal requests and comply with anti-money laundering obligations, dk9 is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to releasing funds. The KYC process requires the Player to submit clear copies of:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in the Player's name).
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. dk9 processes KYC submissions within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of complete and legible documentation.
3.2 Account Currency
All dk9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players may not hold accounts in any other currency. All displayed balances, transaction records, and bonus amounts are shown in BDT using Western Arabic numerals.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
dk9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits applicable to the Player's chosen payment method.
- Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's dk9 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
- Deposit fees: dk9 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. dk9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be attributed to the registered account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum withdrawal: Subject to the Player's VIP tier and verified account status. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
- Processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
- Withdrawal requirements: KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account. dk9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. In the event that a deposit method has a lower maximum withdrawal limit, dk9 may require the Player to use an alternative verified method.
4.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. dk9 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team.
5 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
dk9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the Player must wager the bonus amount 30 times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
- Slots (all providers): 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
- Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution;
- Sports betting markets: 100% contribution on settled bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
- Teen Patti and Andar Bahar: 15% contribution;
- Crash games (Aviator, JetX, etc.): 100% contribution.
5.2 Bonus Validity
All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Unless otherwise stated, the standard validity period is 14 calendar days from the date of bonus activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
dk9 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or cashback programmes. Where bonus abuse is identified, dk9 reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the dk9 Platform, the Player agrees to conduct themselves in accordance with the following obligations at all times.
6.1 Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout the lifetime of the account;
- Keep account credentials confidential and not share login details with any other person;
- Notify dk9 promptly of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach affecting the account;
- Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial gain through exploitation of system errors or bonus structures;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Player's country of residence with respect to online gambling.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk9 Platform:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or games;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software on the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live dealer, or any other interactive game;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits;
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through dk9's official support channels;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing dk9 staff members or other players in any communication channel;
- Publishing, distributing, or sharing confidential information about the Platform's internal systems or security measures.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
dk9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider;
- A Player's request for self-exclusion under dk9's Responsible Gaming policy;
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be frozen or closed.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the dk9 support team via live chat. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, and any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be voided. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.
7.2 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, the Player's access to the Platform and all associated services will be revoked. Promotional eligibility, VIP tier status, and accumulated loyalty points will be permanently forfeited. dk9 will retain transaction records and account data in accordance with its data retention obligations under applicable law.
8 Responsible Gaming
dk9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity.
Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to:

- Request a temporary cooling-off period of 30, 60, 90, or 180 days through the support team;
